canvas time

so for a farewell pressie for a GF & birthday gift for my darling mum......

I decided to try doing a couple of [very similar] 8x8 canvases.

Taking some ideas off a piece of artwork I bought for the lounge room....

and a touch of mixed media.....

heres what I came up with!
