I had a lot of fun today creating these 3 mini canvases for a friends wedding gift :D

I was totally inspired by Christy Tomlinsons Creative Colour online workshop that I did during the holidays......she made these during one of the sessions.....& I totally luved them...

this is my version!

playing along with the challenges on the Scrapbook Savvy forum

& the lovely Sar asked me to be guest DT for Jan.

After some dramas with the delivery of my parcel (I waited & waited & waited for about 12 days, getting desperate......then on Sat looked down & saw it hidden behind something in the carport!!! thx for nothing Mr Delivery driver!!)

Here's what I've come up with so far....

this LO is about my gorgeous young friend Hannah. I was great friends with her parents when we were teenagers & single & now she's just got married! WOW time flies!

& an 'I {heart} u' LO for my boys! .....and yes that is a sword in the pic - Bali - says it all!

love this quite muted colour pallette, different for me, but I'm enjoying working with it!
