scrapping up a storm....

Feb was a really slow creative mth for me, but I'm trying to make up for it in March!

this first LO is for 'Daring You to Scrap' - create a LO using 'photobooth strips' or 'polariods'. So I kinda created these when I developed my photos at HN, used one of their templates.

This is my WW1 LO for March - criteria= white + kraft + layering.

then this final LO is for Kerryns product chllge on the Savvy forum = using 80% October Afternoon product + some chippy on a LO.

its raining its pouring.....

....schools cancelled & we're all enjoying a rainy day at home!!

well the cyclone warnings been cancelled today, but the weather is PERFECT!!!

this gives me some time to show you some of my creations from the past week....

these next 3 canvases were made as pressies, for 3 very different people.

the centre piece for this one, comes from the wonderful Caties Craft Corner....such a beautiful butterfly.....

....and from the lovely Charms Creations...the gorgeous lil 'lovely lollipop'....
...and my final canvas for my darling big sis.... with the gorgeously delish resin flower as the centre piece from Scrapbook Savvy.

You must make sure you get over to those shops/blogs as they all have some amazing scrappy stuff!!!

Well, my class went really well last week. It was such a buzz & sooooo surreal that 12 women were sitting there, doing (& loving) MY LO, that I designed, birthed & created!!!!! W.O.W!! seriously head spinning! :) Thanks Karen for inviting & encouraging me! x

I was so busy, but not very creatively productive :(

I'm gonna share what I did get done tho...

firstly, this is a 'just cos' LO "best MATES"

I found this MOST AWESOME mat at howards storage & used it for the misting in the bckgrnd! theres nothin like using 'kitchen stuff' for LOs...luv it!

then this is KIU for March chllge "16 at last". Its a 1 2 3 4 5 chllge & I was really surprised how much more I wanted to stuff on there! :D
have you checked out 123 chllge for the mth of March?? Its a wonderful criteria set....you've GOT to go have a look at the CT creations & have a go yourself for sure. I used a seagrass mat as my background, its a pretty 'plain' LO but I really like it.....I could always add some beads one day! ;D

....and now some really EXCITING NEWS for me!!

I've been asked to teach some classes over at my LSS (local scrapping store)

which I am stoked about........albeit NERVOUS as anything!!!!

I've been doing some really quick, easy & simple BUT stunning (well I think so) lil canvases in the last couple of weeks. A chance to give a lil gift to friends, without having to spend more $$$ & being able to make it personal, thats what I luv! this is about 13x18cm
